About the Role

‍

We're seeking an exceptional Full-Stack Developer to join our growing team and help build the future of insurance technology in LATAM. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work on a platform that's already proving its transformative impact in the industry, while helping to shape our technical direction as we scale.

Key Responsibilities

‍

Full-Stack Development: Design, develop, and maintain scalable front-end and back-end applications using modern technologies like JavaScript, React.js, Node.js, and Typescript.
AI Integration: Implement AI/ML applications to enhance predictive capabilities such as upselling opportunities and policy lapse risk detection.
Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality features.
Mentorship: Guide junior developers, conduct code reviews, and contribute to improving development processes.
API Development: Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices.
Cloud Services: Utilize cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) for deploying and scaling applications.
Testing & Deployment: Write automated tests and manage CI/CD pipelines to ensure code quality and reliability.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

‍

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in full-stack web application development.

‍

Technical Skills:
- Proficient in JavaScript and frameworks like React.js or Angular.
- Strong experience with server-side languages such as Java, Kotlin, or Python.
- Familiarity with microservices architecture and RESTful API design.
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Knowledge of containerization tools like Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.
- Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform).

- Background in fintech or insurtech industries.
- Understanding of the insurance sales process in LATAM markets.
